Red River Run

The Red River Run has been running since 1974! This year we are excited to hit the trails along the river for our 51st anniversary run!
Race Information:
  • Date: September 13, 2025
  • Time: 9am start time for both the 5k & 15k
  • Unique Medals
  • Awards will be given at the finish line (no ceremony)
  • Pictures can be found on our FB Page
  • Online registration closes at 7pm on Friday, 9/12/2025. Please bring cash or check for day of registration.
  • We will be raising funds for the FM Trail Builders. They are passionate about establishing and promoting the use of off road recreational trails for biking, hiking, and just getting outdoors.
  • Course will be USTF Certified
  • The BEST post-race snacks

Race Day Information:

  • Packet pick up starts at 8:00 AM at MB Johnson Park (3601 11th St N, Moorhead)
  • Race Day Registration is available beginning at 8am
  • Both races will start at 9:00 AM
  • Be aware rain may make some parts of the trail slippery or muddy.
  • Please, no strollers or pets due to the winding and sometimes narrow trail.
