2024 Series
We added two new races to this year’s series, the Soles n’ Motion 5 & 10 Mile race and the Grand Forks 10 mile. Happy Racing!

- Fargo Brewing Company 5k– Date TBD
- Grand Forks 10 mile– August 24th
- Junkyard Dash– August 14th
- Soles n’ Motion 5 & 10 mile– May 4th
- Red River Run– Date TBD
- Burn the Bird– November 21
We hope you join us for this fun competition…and best of all, based on age…so everyone has an equal chance to place!
2024 LAP Race Series Information:
- Your age-graded result will be based on your BEST THREE race times.
- YOU MUST BE A CURRENT LAP MEMBER TO PARTICIPATE.
- You do not need to register for the series separately- becoming a member automatically makes you eligible for the race series.
- You must be a member at the time of the Red River Run to be eligible to compete.
- Gift cards from a local running store will be awarded to the top ten finishers, based on age-graded results.
- First place will receive $100, 2nd place $90…..10th place $10.
- Those who complete all the LAP Series events will be recognized at the annual awards luncheon and on the LAP website.
