The Red River Run has been running since 1974! This year we are excited to hit the trails along the river and support a great cause!
2023 Results
  • This year, once again the Lake Agassiz Pacers will be fundraising for an Inclusive Playground in Moorhead. In 2022 we raised $2,000.00!
  • This playground will provide a place for people of all ages and abilities to play together at Southside Regional Park next to the Miracle Field.Just as Moorhead’s Miracle Field has opened baseball to athletes with mobility challenges, the Inclusive Playground will be a place where people of all abilities can play together. Recreation space with covered play decks, swings and sensory play equipment with ramps and wheelchair access would make this possible. A portion of each registration will go directly towards their fundraising efforts.

Race Information:
  • Date: September 16th, 2023
  • Time: 9am start time for both the 5k & 13k
  • Awards will be given at the finish line (no ceremony)

  • Online registration closes at 7pm on Friday, 9/15/2023. Please bring cash or check for day of registration.

Race Day Information:

  • Packet pick up starts at 8:00 AM at MB Johnson Park (3601 11th St N, Moorhead)
  • Race Day Registration is available beginning at 8am
  • Both races will start at 9:00 AM
  • Be aware rain may make some parts of the trail slippery or muddy.
  • Please, no strollers or pets due to the winding and sometimes narrow trail.
